Feline chronic kidney disease: novel approaches to treatment and supportive care
This lecture will focus on the potential use of mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of chronic kidney disease as well as the use of appetite stimulants for supportive care. Nutritional management of cats with kidney disease will also be discussed.

Superficial fungal skin diseases in cats
Malassezia dermatitis (yeast overgrowth) is the most common superficial fungal skin disease and it is often unrecognized in cats. The second most common superficial fungal disease is dermatophytosis (ringworm). This talk will focus on what's new and useful for diagnosis, treatment, and disinfection for these diseases.
